Job Details:
Candidate should have sound Telecom Network knowledge Tier 1 Support for all VOIP technical related trouble shootings.End-to-End ownership of resolution of issue raised by the customer & supplier.Should be a very good team player, collaborative, self learner and self motivated
Good understanding of English and good communication skills is mustShould have customer handling skills.Preferably exposure to multi culture environment
Flexibility to work on 24*7 shifts To handle Customers queries over mail, phone, chat.Take ownership of all the calls & Trouble tickets.
Periodical updates to be given to customer on progress of resolutions.Provide timely resolution and effective documentation.Proactive and logical thinking in resolving problems.
Make judgement as to when the problem has to be escalated and should follow-up on the calls to ensure that the user is updated and close it once the solution to provided.
