The New Prduct Develpment Manager will be assigned t ne r mre prducts / prgrams with respnsibility :
Design t cst cmpliance and metrics. Leads the develpment and maintenance f prgram cst targets.
Design fr Manufacturability / Assembly & Test fr all new designs
Prvide inputs t P/L green sheets and AP/ STRAP prcesses
Drawing authrity fr prducibility t ensure high sigma designs
Adherence t all ISC prcesses and prcedures
wn the prductin readiness reviews fr assigned prgrams
wner f ISC schedule adherence fr RFI/RFP thrugh IPDS Phase 5.
Partnering with Engineering, Quality, Surcing and the supply base t determine the lwest cst designs per custmer Key Success Factrs: (Specific expectatins during next 6 — 18 mnths)
Develp & Maintain metrics fr Wheels and Brakes new prducts including the CMAC C919 Invlve internal and external design and manufacturing experts t drive manufacturability and cst initiatives
Develp & Maintain prgram plans fr ISC actins fr specified new Prducts Integrate int develpment team
